Schedule Changes

Schedule changes will be available July 31st - August 16th.

Please select ONE of the following options:

Option 1: Online Schedule Changes (Majority of changes can be done this way.)

July 31st – August 9th: Requests may be done online using a google form HERE. Please allow
adequate time for changes to be made. Counselors will reach out if they have questions.

Option 2: In person schedule change appointments (Limited spots available.)
Please print and fill out the Schedule Change Form prior to meeting with your counselor.

August 1st - 2nd: Schedule change appts for seniors ONLY. Check your myDSD on July 31st to
make an appointment.

August 8th – 9th: In person appointments available for ALL grades - Check your myDSD on
August 7th to make an appointment. 

August 15th -16th: Additional schedule changes available on the first two days of school
during lunch or after school – no appointment needed

SCHEDULE CHANGE PROCEDURES:
All students must pay the class change fee of $10 for ALL schedule changes, including online requests. This includes, but is not limited to, period swaps, teacher change requests, and adding/dropping classes. Multiple change requests may generate multiple fees. Payments can be made on myDSD or in the office. Please provide a printed receipt at the time of appointment. Online requests will not be completed until payment is made.

Fee may be refunded for the following issues:
-Missing any periods 1-8 in first semester only
-DTC, Internships, Catalyst (must be approved)
-Schedules with duplicate classes (2 of the same class)
-You completed a class over the summer that is in your schedule

Counselors will work on 2nd semester schedule changes at no charge during the months of November and December.

Any requests for changes after the first two days of school will require a student to submit a completed Class Change Appeal form.
